We hope you can expect to get the product that suits you. We understand the struggle to select the size without seeing and touching actual products, so we do offer returns within 7 days (including holidays) since you received the orders. In the following is our policy:
Return standards and conditions
l The product must be sent back in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact (if applicable)
l If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
Returns cannot be accepted in the following situations：
l If the store prompts you, please keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging), otherwise returns will not be accepted.
l Product appreciation period exceeding 7 days
l The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as: stain, malfunction, damage, wear, abrasion, scratches, dirt
l The packaging of the returned goods is damaged and incomplete or the invoice and accessories are missing.
l Malicious or large-scale returns
l Color difference/design issues between pictures and actual objects
l Quality of the goods is correct
l Discounted items
l Due to international shipping reasons, we currently do not provide return services
How to return a product
1. Ensure that your product still eligible in accordance with our 7-day return policy

Topic: Request for return or exchange- order number
Relevant information: Name, order number, contact number, returned product name, reason for return and photo, receipt or proof of purchase
2. After receiving a confirmation email, please send the package to our location as directed.
3. After receiving your returned package, we will thoroughly check the items according to our return/exchange policy.
4. Only after we have processed and confirmed your returns, we proceed with a return.
5. We will let you know via email.
If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within4-7 business days.
NOTE：The consumer is responsible for paying all associated return shipping fees, including shipping costs
NOTE：If the total price of the "remaining product amount" at the time of refund is lower than the free shipping threshold, HKD 30 will be deducted to compensate for the shipping cost.
Defective items
We will always try our best to ensure that our goods are in the best quality possible. However on the rare occasion there is a defect, we will be more than happy to assist with the matter. Simply get in touch with us and provide us with photographic evidence of the defect.
EXCHANGES
You may changes to the size and color of selected items are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order
